Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email and name; a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text); your exam attempts, answers, and band results; and AI-generated feedback on your Writing and Speaking. Writing text and Speaking recordings you submit are processed to generate that feedback.

How we use it

To run your account, score your mocks, generate feedback, show your progress, and — if you upgrade — activate Pro.

AI processing

To produce feedback and tutoring, your submitted answers may be sent to third-party AI providers (Google and Anthropic). They process this content to return a response; we do not sell your data to anyone.

Payments

We do not collect or store card details. Upgrades are arranged over Telegram, so any payment information stays with your bank and the payment app you use.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. Message @turgunov_vf to request deletion of your account and associated data.
