Terms of Service

CDMock IELTS ("the Service", "we") is an IELTS mock-exam practice platform operated by an individual based in Uzbekistan. A registered business entity is being established; until then the Service is provided by its founder personally. Contact: Telegram @turgunov_vf.

1. What we offer

Practice IELTS mock tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), automated band estimates, and AI-generated feedback. Band scores and AI feedback are practice estimates only — they are not official IELTS results and do not predict your official score.

2. Accounts

You need an email and password to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

3. Free and Pro

The Free plan includes one lifetime mock attempt and limited trials of the AI study features. Pro unlocks unlimited mock attempts, three Writing evaluations and three shared Speaking evaluations per day, ten vocabulary images per day, and unlimited tutor, study-plan, and vocabulary-lookup use for 59,000 so'm/month (or discounted longer terms). Upgrades are arranged manually: you message the founder on Telegram, arrange payment, and Pro is activated on your account by hand, usually within one business day.

4. Acceptable use

Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute test content, and don't abuse the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

This is an early-stage product run by one person. We aim for reliable uptime but provide the Service "as is", without guarantees of availability or uninterrupted access.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
